No purchase of goods or services is required to enter this free Prize Draw but entrants to the draw (the "Prize Draw") must:
- Be aged 18 or over; resident in the UK or ROI or Channel Islands or IOM and
- Be a customer of Argos Limited registered number 1081551 (the 'PROMOTER') (which status PROMOTER will determine in its absolute discretion and such determination shall be final and binding upon any entrant or prospective entrant)
- Not be an employee nor a relation of any PROMOTER nor its agents or contractors nor in any way connected with the PROMOTER other than as a customer of the PROMOTER.
- Register their details with PROMOTER's Prize Draw Administrators, The Grass Roots Group UK Limited ('COMPANY'), through completion of an online customer satisfaction survey, to be in with the chance of winning such prize(s) as may be notified by the PROMOTER or COMPANY from time to time in relation to the relevant Prize Draw.
By entering the Prize Draw each entrant is warranting to the PROMOTER that they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these terms. Without prejudice to PROMOTER's entitlement to rely upon such warranty without further enquiry, PROMOTER and the COMPANY may reserve the right to require such information as either of them considers necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless PROMOTER and/or the COMPANY is/are satisfied with the verification.
Only one entry per person per completed qualifying customer satisfaction survey is allowed. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid, including submission of multiple customer satisfaction surveys (other than those which relate to separate customer experiences/visits where the survey terms permit).
Each entry received via the in store email capture route, will receive 1 entry into the prize draw. This is in addition to any completed survey entry. For every transaction that a customer submits their email address, an additional entry into the prize draw will be made.
